You may cancel up to 48 hours before ice time and the funds will immediately be re-credited to your account.
 If you cancel less than 48 hours before ice time, you may be responsible for some or all of the cost.

If you have to cancel less than 48 hours before ice time, the sooner you do it, the sooner the Notify List can alert interested people. (If you cancel less than 48 hours before ice time, but up to 20 minutes after signing up for the session, the Immediate Cancellation policy applies.) If you cancel less than 48 hours before ice time and are outside the Immediate Cancellation time frame, your refund is contingent on the session filling; when that happens, your account will be automatically refunded. 

If your cancellation from a game with low numbers results in that game being canceled, you may not be refunded for bailing from the game. Players in this situation will be notified by a warning message before they finalize their cancellation. 

Please note that you if you cancel and the level quota you qualify for reaches capacity, you will not be able to sign back up for the game until your quota is available again. 

Note: Cancellations are reviewed and corrected if issued erroneously. Please contact support with questions. 

You may be refunded if you are canceling to join another session on the same night (if you are moving from a game with high roster numbers to a game with lower roster numbers). This refund will have to be handled manually; e-mail support@jmshockey.freshdesk.com for details.

 If you cancel more than 48 hours before ice time, you will always get a refund, no matter how many are signed up for the session.
