If you cancel from a game with MORE skaters than the game you are moving TO, then we will refund your account. Please submit a support request by clicking the blue Get Support button in the lower-right part of the screen. If you cancel from a game with FEWER skaters than the game you are moving TO, then your refund will process per usual cancellation policy (i.e. if the session fills completely).
