After your game, you may notice a dialog asking for feedback. It's a good way for us to tell at a glance if something happened that we should look into (such as there being a rink malfunction, or a goalie no-show, or something of that nature).
We do not examine individual responses - we only look at aggregate information -so at a glance JMS can tell the % thumbs up very simply; we just see something like “95%,” not the list of each player that has rated one way or another).
