After completing it, you can sign up immediately for the level at which your answers placed you. JMS Hockey reviews all assessment surveys, and will often follow up with additional questions by e-mail to help better place you.
 Honesty is of the utmost importance while filling out the assessment. Do your best to avoid overestimation or modesty in your answers to ensure proper evaluation. Remember we want to hear about all of your experience - even if it was entirely outdoor. Your account may become banned or suspended if it is perceived, upon review of your survey, that you have intentionally misrepresented yourself.
